Ron Gaunt trades his day job in to perform at Cottonwood in Truckee

When Ron Gaunt says he's building up to a bridge, he's talking music, not architecture.
While the Truckee resident's “real” job is an architect, Gaunt doesn't stop there. He brings his songbook filled with tunes from the Beatles, the Grateful Dead, Hank Williams, John Prine, Guy Clark, Nanci Griffith, as well as some traditional folk songs and a few originals, to the Deck at Cottonwood in Truckee on Friday.
The show starts at 6 p.m.
