It’s time to dust off the patio chairs and fire up that barbecue. At the lake, everyone wants to be outside and that includes when dining. Opportunities for outdoor dining in both Incline Village and Crystal Bay are plentiful and now that Memorial Day has come and gone, most restaurants with outdoor seating will be open for business.
Outdoor patios and tables are set up for everything from a quick cup of coffee to an evening dinner in Tahoe. You can spend your entire day outside and that includes for your meals too. So whether you are hitting the trails or just relaxing by the lake don’t forget to find the perfect outdoor patio for your dining needs.
Here is the A-Z guide to outdoor dining in Incline Village and Crystal Bay:

Austin’s: (775) 832-7778 located in the Country Club Center across from the Hyatt. Lunch on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 and dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Celebrate the opening on the outdoor patio Sunday, May 24 from noon to 4 p.m. with a barbecue , live music and lots of specials.
Art’s Coffee House: (775) 833-1199 located in the Village Shopping Center next to TheVillage Market. Outdoor seating is available and they are open 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Bar Bar Bar Pizza: (775) 831-2700 located in the Village Shopping Center across from the Post Office. Outdoor seating is available and the pizza is served from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Big Water Grille: (775) 833-0606 Located at 341 Ski Way. Outdoor seating is available. Appetizers and cocktails are served beginning at 4:30 p.m. and dinner begins at 5:30 p.m. Check out the new seasonal menu.
Burnt Cedar Beach Snack bar: Memorial Weekend is the offical opening for the snack bar. It will be open weekends until June 12 when it will be open seven days a week. Check out some of the new menus items like the caramel apples and cotton candy.
Crosby’s: (775) 833-1030 located at 868 Tahoe Blvd. in the Christmas Tree Village. Outdoor creekside seating available. Weekend’s they open at 9 a.m. and serve breakfast all day along with lunch and dinner. Weekdays they are open for lunch and dinner.
Hacienda de la Sierra: (775) 831-8300 Located at 931 Tahoe Blvd. Outdoor patio seating available this weekend and they are open from 4 to 10 p.m.
Indu’s Sri Lanken Cuisine Deli, Bakery and Pastry: (775) 832-7437 located at 120 country Club Drive. Patio dining available. Open 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Incline Beach Snack Bar: Memorial Weekend is the offical opening for the snack bar. It will be open weekends until June 12 when it will be open seven days a week. Check out the sno cones at the snack bar, new this summer.
Izzy’s Burger Spa: (530) 544-5030 Located at 2591 Tahoe Blvd. - State Highway 28 next to Kelly’s Nugget. All outdoor seating. Open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
La Fondue: (775) 831-6104 Located at 120 Country Club Drive. Outdoor patio seating will be available. Open each day at 5:30 p.m.
La Casona: (775) 831-9400 Located at 930 Tahoe Blvd. Outdoor deck dining available. Open 11 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and on Saturday and Sundays open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Lone Eagle Grill: (775) 886-6899 Located on Lakeshore Drive across from the Hyatt Regency. Outdoor dining is available from 11:30 a.m.
Rookies: (775) 831-9008 Located at 930 Tahoe Blvd. Outdoor patio dining available. for breakfast, lunch and dinner with serving beginning at 7 a.m.
Sierra Café: (775) 832-1234 Located in the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe at Country Club Drive and Lakeshore Drive. Outdoor patio dining available beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Starbucks: (775) 831-6615 Always a great place to sit on the patio and people watch or enjoy the day.
Susie Scoops Ice Cream Shop: located on Tahoe Blvd. next door to Wildflower Café. Frozen Yogurt is available as well as ice cream. Outdoor seating area available. Open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Grille at The Chateau: (775) 832-1240 Located at 955 Fairway Blvd. Lunch is from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and appetizers and salads served from 11 a.m to 6 p.m. Bar is open from 11 .m. to 7 p.m. Outdoor dining available.
Tomaatos: (775) 833-2200. Located at 120 Country Club Drive. Outdoor seating is available and they are open 5 to 9 p.m.
Wild Alaskan: (775) 832-6777. Located at 930 Tahoe Blvd. in the Raley’s Shopping Center. Outdoor seating is available. Open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Wildflower Café: (775) 8072 Located at 869 Tahoe Blvd. Serves breakfast all day and lunches. Outdoor seating available for breakfast and lunch. Open 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
