Fall photo contest winner
Brian Seppa takes first place, as voted by our readers
Tahoe.com
From the first snowfall on the mountain tops of the Sierra, to abstract leaves and colorful sunset shots, the Tahoe World and Tahoe.com staff was blown away by the beautiful photos submitted in the Tahoe World’s annual Fall Photo Contest. A big thank you to all who participated.
We had almost 400 photos initially submitted by residents and visitors to the Tahoe area, and after our staff narrowed down the selection to what we thought were the “top 24” photos, we left the decision in the hands of the community to vote for the overall winner.
Congratulations to Brian Seppa whose photo “Autumn frame” — #13 in the contest: a beautiful shot of Lake Tahoe framed by yellow aspen leaves — took first place. Seppa has won a three-day, two-night vacation package at a beautiful Lake Tahoe resort and up to $100 in gas.
As the fall season comes to an end and winter is just around the corner, log onto www.Tahoe.com/FallPhotoContest and check out the amazing photographs entered into the contest that really capture the beauty of Tahoe in the fall.
