All aboard the MS Dixie II for three levels of live music on a Lake Tahoe cruise. Music from Tahoe Aqua Boogie II: Delta Nove, Ten Cent Lure, MO2, Moo-Got-2 with DJ sets from JahBliss, Micah J, Big Time and Spence Love with live deejay sets and a full bar. Super Diamond, May 31
A homage to his hero Neil Diamond, Super Diamond founder Randy Cordero, known as “Surreal Neil,” put together one of the most unique tribute bands ever created. Super Diamond started out as a novelty band in 1993 in the San Francisco Bay Area, but soon gained national attention and began playing dates across the United States. Word got out about Super Diamond, and crowds of Diamond Heads, began to follow. For fifteen years, Super Diamond has made it their mission to keep Neil Diamond’s music alive, well and vital for a new generation of fans. Super Diamond “The Alternative Neil Diamond Experience”, is on stage May 31 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 each, plus fees. Order tickets at www.SouthShoreRoom.com.

The Saddle Tramps, June 6
Big John and Scotty formed the Saddle Tramps in 1999. They started out as a comedy duo playing in places like The Improve doing shortened versions of some of their original songs and interjecting with standup improv comedy. The band then got it’s first gigs as a band and added a drummer and eventually by 2000 the gun-slinging go-go dancer Suzy Switchblade and have been rocking the Reno-Tahoe area ever since.
