The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe hosted its official groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, May 1. Nestled within Northstar Resort’s new Highlands community, sales reservations for this 78-residence, ski-in/ski-out fractional ownership property began in mid-February.
The Honorable Barbara Green, mayor of the Town of Truckee, was present to help kick-off the special ceremony. Rick Owen, regional vice president of sales and marketing for The Ritz-Carlton Club; Eric Moulton, project director of marketing and sales for The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe; Jim Telling, senior partner for East West Partners; Tim Silva, general manager for Northstar Village; and general contractor, Joe Stewart of SMC Construction were also in attendance.
Targeted to open in late 2009, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe will offer contemporary mountain elegance in a spectacular mid-mountain setting. The two-, three- and four-bedroom residences ranging from approximately 1,423 to 2,434 square feet will boast mountain and valley views of the Sierra Nevada, and interior designs inspired by Washoe Indian influences. The Club is adjacent to the future, Ritz-Carlton Highlands, Lake Tahoe.
