Sugar Bowl is teaming up with Boarding for Breast Cancer and The HERA Foundation to race and jam for the cure on Feb. 14, 2008. Amateurs welcome, proceeds from the race and jam will be donated to charity.
Contestants can test their mettle in two events: Dual Giant Slalom race in the Christmas Tree Race Arena and a Rail Jam in the Switching Yard Terrain Park. All entry fees from these events will go to help find a cure for breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Sugar Bowl will have many sponsors on hand supporting the cause. All proceeds from the race and rail jam will be donated to these charities.
Additionally, $3 per lift ticket from all race and jam participants will be donated to finding the cure for breast cancer. Get ready to show off your pink because we have pink lanyards for sale.
