Experienced musher Dotty Dennis and her dogs provide romantic sled rides for five miles across snowy mountain meadows. Small sleds accommodate one couple; rides last about an hour and cost $105. Expert skiers and riders show their love (hearts in mouth!) as they descend the only Heart Chute in the world, one of Kirkwood’s most advanced runs, shaped like a heart. Couples stay slope-side and receive lift tickets, or a cross country ski/ snowshoe package, and dinner at Off The Wall Bar and Grille, a fine dining restaurant with spectacular views of the mountain.
