Indulge an Iditarod fantasy, sliding along behind a team of strong huskies through the beautiful Hope Valley. Experienced musher Dotty Dennis and her dogs provide romantic sled rides for five miles across snowy mountain meadows. Small sleds accommodate one couple; rides last about an hour and cost $105. Expert skiers and riders show their love (hearts in mouth!) as they descend the only Heart Chute in the world, one of Kirkwood’s most advanced runs, shaped like a heart.
