KC & The Sunshine Band performs Friday, Jan. 25 in Harrah’s South Shore Room followed by British ska band, The English Beat, at MontBleu Resort Casino and Spa. KC & The Sunshine Band are still shaking and partying after 34 years with their unique fusion of R&B, funk and disco. Comedians Paula Poundstone and Anthony "ANT" Kalloniatis will have the audience in stiches Saturday, Jan. 26 at MontBleu Resort Casino & Spa. Paula Poundstone has appeared on Saturday Night Live, and she is the first woman to ever receive the Cable ACE for best standup comedy special and the first woman to perform at the White House Correspondents dinner. ANT has become a sensation through NBC’s hit series, Last Comic Standing. He is a regular guest on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno as well as the Tyra Banks show. Chocolate and Martini Party at Opal Ultra Lounge inside MontBleu, featuring speed dating and party games – Thursday, Jan. 24 from 6 – 9 p.m.
Blue World Pub Crawl, featuring Picchetti Winery, Tudor Pub and Hard Rock Café
GLOW After Party at BLU inside MontBleu featuring top-rated DJ Chris Cox – Saturday, Jan. 26 beginning at 10 p.m.
A guided group snowmobile tour at Zephyr Cove Resort on Friday, Jan. 25 at 11:30 a.m.

The notorious Queen of the Mountain Drag Races returns to Heavenly Mountain Resort, Saturday, Jan. 26 from 1 – 2 p.m., challenging both men and women while dressed in drag to earn their personal best on this fun, intermediate course. Celebrity judges will determine winners based on style as well as performance. Participants can bring their own soundtrack or props to enhance the presentation. Awards include tickets to some of South Shore Lake Tahoe’s finest restaurants and attractions. Contestants must have a lift ticket to enter; registration is free and will begin at noon at the base of World Cup at Heavenly Mountain Resort.
