Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino invites you to ring in the holidays this Thanksgiving Weekend with The North Lake Tahoe Holiday Jazz Festival, Nov. 23 and 24. A two-day celebratory musical event featuring some of today’s most talented jazz musicians, top headline artists include Dave Koz, Jonathan Butler, Wayman Tisdale, Kimberly Locke, Warren Hill, Jeff Golub and Jeff Lorber. With the addition of festive dining at Sierra Café and Lone Eagle Grille on Nov. 22, the luxurious comfort and picturesque setting of Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort is an ideal venue to enjoy matchless live jazz performances this Thanksgiving weekend.
Two Nights of Music
The Holiday Jazz Festival kicks off on Friday evening with A Dave Koz Christmas. Celebrating its 10th Anniversary Tour, guests will enjoy the musical stylings of Johnathan Butler, Wayman Tisdale, Kimberly Locke and, of course, Dave Koz. Saturday evening features A Funky Little Christmas with Warren Hill, Jeff Golub and Jeff Lorber. Doors open each evening at 7 p.m. and live entertainment begins at 8 p.m. As a special, last minute addition, Saturday evening’s events grant VIP ticket holders the opportunity to meet musicians Jeff Golub, Warren Hill and Jeff Lorber personally during the pre-concert wine reception from 6:30 – 7 p.m.
Tickets
Two ticket options are available for purchase. Individual VIP tickets, priced at $95 each for Friday night, $75 each for Saturday night, include preferred seating at the concert and access to the pre-concert wine reception in the high limit slot area of Hyatt’s casino featuring select wines from Rodney Strong Vineyards. Reserved seating tickets are also available for both concerts at $60 each for Friday night and $50 for Saturday night and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Thanksgiving Day dining
On Nov. 22, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino offers two different venues for guests seeking to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with a festive repast. The Thanksgiving buffet at Sierra Café invites guests to sample from a variety of traditional favorites and innovative dishes, with a special Kid Korner and Decorate Your Own Cupcake station for the younger set.
Reservations are available from 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.; prices are $37 for adults and $18 for children under 12 years old. The award-winning Lone Eagle Grille offers spectacular views of Lake Tahoe and an elegant buffet on Nov. 22 from 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Guests may enjoy fresh seafood, wild game, meats carved to order and an imaginative Holiday Brioche Sticky Bun Station. Prices are $70 for adults and $35 for children under 12 years old. Live entertainment and valet parking is included.
At both restaurants, children under four years old dine free are invited enjoy the children’s buffet at no charge. Tax and gratuity not included in pricing. Reservations are required.
Overnight packages
For true jazz lovers, Hyatt Lake Tahoe offers premium packages of one, two or three night stays including deluxe room accommodations paired with two VIP tickets for premier front-row concert seating and access to the pre-concert wine receptions. One-night packages for Nov 23. or 24 arrivals are $439. Two-night packages for Nov. 23 arrivals are $759. Three-night packages allow guests to enjoy the full Thanksgiving Weekend at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort; arrivals on Nov. 22 or Nov. 23 are $879. All packages are inclusive of parking and taxes.
