The Space
Walk into T’s and the first thing you’ll notice is the huge mesquite rotisserie that dominates the kitchen. Look around a bit and you’ll also notice how all conversation stops in the casual atmosphere of the dining room, as customers stuff their faces with some of the most addictive food on the North Shore.
The Food
When Chuck and Terri Swing moved to Incline from Santa Barbara and opened T’s Mesquite Rotisserie in 1991, they filled the niche for those looking for quality food at fast food prices. Chicken and beef are cooked to perfection on a mesquite rotisserie. Also serving tacos, sandwiches and burritos, everything at T’s is prepared fresh daily from only the highest quality ingredients.
The Drinks
Beer, wine, and a wide range of soft drinks are available to accompany any of the menu items.

The Friday chile relleno burrito special will have you coming back faithfully every week.
Price Range
Entrées range from $4.50 to $8.50, with many a la carte items.

Open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sundays from noon to 8 p.m..
