Railroad Earth’s Hangtown Halloween Ball will take place October 25th-27th, 2012 at the El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, CA. The superbly maintained fairgrounds featuring ample open lawns, plenty of permanent bathrooms and showers, and a very large late night hall.
